Seven Level System
The Seven Level System of Reiki is a way of accessing universal life-force energy. Originating from a twenty five hundred year old Sanskrit Sutra text, the Seven Level System was rediscovered and birthed by Dr Usui. Each of the Seven Levels of Reiki represents one of the seven prime energy centres of the human body.
Training
Reiki is taught in person or online by Sunita. Each level from 1-7 is a personal developmental level which you receive attunements activating you to access universal life force energy safely. There are7 symbols in total that are provided to you through the seven levels of reiki which increases the treatments and encourages a deeper healing. Reiki is a gentle hands on modality which aides the body's natural healing ability on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. Reiki can be used for children, plants, mother earth, blessing food, and so much more.
